The farm is open grassland and bush on the edge of East London, with long views and very little light at night.
Walk the property in the morning, cook outside in the evening, and watch the stars come out from your deck. Everything you need is in the home itself, and town is close enough for anything that isn't.

Questions
How far are you from East London?
About five minutes to the shops and restaurants of Beacon Bay, and around 15 minutes to East London's city centre. It feels much further once you're here.
Can I get an Uber or Bolt?
Yes, both reach the farm, so you can head out for dinner and leave the car behind.
What happens during load shedding?
Every home has backup power from inverter batteries, so the lights, Wi‑Fi and TV keep running and you can charge your phone and laptop.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in Tiny One and Tiny Two, which are our pet‑friendly homes. Just mention your pet when you enquire.
How do I pay?
Once we've confirmed your dates on WhatsApp, we send a secure Yoco card payment link, or our banking details if you'd rather pay by EFT. Your booking is confirmed once payment comes through.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before check‑in for a full refund. Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check‑in and we refund 50%. Cancellations less than 7 days before check‑in aren't refunded.

Can we book more than one home?
Yes, for families or small groups travelling together. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll find homes close to each other.
